While engineering and topo surveys can provide input and a starting point, we have a very capable construction team that has proven time and time again that they are able to find the best value solution that improves on engineering design. For example, a vast sewer infrastructure project near Louisville KY received several bids in excess of $1M. CFC was able to execute this project at about 1/4 the cost of the next lowest bid through the efficient use of resources and adapting a fit for purpose solution on the ground.
Another example comes from Millington TN where a large MHP was plagued by water pooling on streets and around homes and parking pads. Engineering work indicated that there were essentially not good options for remediation. Our capable team did a on-the-ground evaluation and by coordinating with neighboring landowners came up with a solution that cost < $150k and addressed about 80% of the drainage issues in the park.
