Prior to joining Community First Construction, Luke worked with CFC’s sister company Saratoga Group for 7 years.  In his prior life, Luke worked 10+ years in the energy sector where he worked on multibillion-dollar oil and gas developments all over the world, including Qatar, PNG, Australia, India and Indonesia.  

Drawing on a wealth of construction experience, Michael elevates
Manufactured Housing Communities to positively impact owners, operators, and
residents alike. His current focus is to create value by revitalizing vacant units,
strategically source pre-owned home inventory, and efficiently bring new homes
to market.

Ryan has extensive experience in residential building construction, and shifted exclusively to the Manufactured Housing space in 2022. His work has focused on Utility/CAPEX projects, and most recently home acquisition and renovation.

Fletcher has over 15 years of project management experience in the real estate, utility and urban planning sectors. He is passionate about leading dynamic and effective teams to deliver great value to clients.

Joining Community First Construction, Trina transitions from a background in process improvement and research, where she gained practical experience in organization, analysis, and strategic development. Motivated to utilize these skills within the construction sector, she is committed to effective project management practices and contributing to the company’s community-building philosophy.
